SEBEV SAR assist Thames Valley Police in non-missing person search
Often police forces require man-power to carry out searches that are not for missing persons. These may be for objects discarded following a crime or similar.
There is always the question of whether ALSAR Units should be involved in this sort of thing; but from the police’s viewpoint well-trained searchers who will act professionally and not blow the budget are often very welcome. Especially as they know that ALSAR members’ professionalism means that they will not speak about it.
SEBEV were involved in this type of search last night;
SEBEV SAR were called out last night to assist Thames Valley Police CID on a search in the Bracknell, Berkshire area. [Read more here...]
